Guest Reviews & Ratings
Staying at this hotel was a pleasant experience overall. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was quite warm and gracious. The location was ideal, close to everything in the French Quarter, and the dining experience was enjoyable with a scrumptious breakfast. However, the room size was a bit small, and it lacked a window other than in the door. Despite this, it's a good value for the convenient location.
The hotel was in between a small and big hotel, but I found it cute and conveniently located within walking distance to everything. The staff, especially Vicky, was excellent and went out of their way to help us, making the experience even better.
I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was huge and gorgeous, offering great value, and the service was top-notch and very accommodating. The location was excellent, just a few blocks from Bourbon Street, making it a peaceful retreat. The dining was appetizing, served with good cheer, but could have included healthier options. Overall, a lovely place to stay with a few minor areas for improvement.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The room I originally got was small and had some noisy generators outside, but the staff was helpful to move us to a more comfortable cottage. The service was excellent, with attentive and friendly staff members. The location was great, close to the French Quarter but not without some safety concerns near Bourbon Street. The dining was decent, though the advertised buffet fell short. Overall, a decent stay with some ups and downs.
The hotel was nice and comfortable, despite the rooms being a bit tired and smaller than expected. It was very helping and kind with friendly service, although the Front Desk could be more efficient with transactions. The location was perfect for exploring the vibrant French Quarter without the noise disturbance. The dining experience was simple but satisfactory, offering hot meals. The facilities were well-maintained and clean.
The hotel had so much charm and was situated in a perfect central location, just around the corner. However, it needs updating. The rooms were named for Jazz musicians and were very clean. The service was dismissive at times, but there were also friendly staff members who were helpful in pointing us toward good sites and restaurants. The location was superb, in a quiet street in the French Quarter, within walking distance of key attractions. While the price for parking was high, the area was great overall. The dining experience was not overwhelming, with some delicious options but room for improvement. The hotel had good facilities available for guests.
The hotel's best feature is its perfect location for exploring New Orleans. The rooms were beautiful, providing a serene retreat away from the hotspots yet conveniently close for a leisurely walk. The service was excellent, with staff that took great care of us throughout our stay. The dining experience offered more than the typical continental breakfast, adding to the overall convenience. Although the hotel was very close to all the action in the French Quarter, it was a peaceful oasis away from the hustle and bustle, making it a quaint and convenient choice.
The hotel was efficient but could use some updating and a deep cleaning. The rooms, though cute, had issues with cleanliness, especially the carpet. The location was close enough to Bourbon Street for convenience yet far enough for a quiet stay. The dining experience had room for improvement with dry, cold sausage and eggs.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. While the rooms were small and a bit cramped, they were clean and cozy, although the thin walls made it easy to hear everything. The service was excellent, with staff members who were knowledgeable and helpful. The location was outstanding, providing a peaceful getaway from the lively French Quarter but still within walking distance of all the attractions. The dining experience, however, left much to be desired with low-quality food offerings. Overall, the hotel offered a decent stay with some room for improvement.
The hotel had cozy rooms that were a pleasant surprise, despite looking different from the website pictures. The service was a mix of friendly and rude encounters. The outstanding location made up for some areas needing attention. Dining options ranged from awesome to disappointing. Overall, a stay with ups and downs.
